Host Bar Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsibility Overview 

• The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta (TCF) Responsibilities: 
  • Sponsor the flights and hotel of the guest bartender
  • Design and produce posters for online promotion, social, website, and passport branding.
  • Provide bottle sponsors as agreed.
• Host Venue Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and print on ground menus with sponsor logos and ensure proper signage.
  • Oversee ingredients and setup for the host bar.
  • Coordinate with TCF for logo placement and branding consistency.

2. Menu and Branding 

• The menu will be developed in tandem with both bars/restaurants to ensure consistency and variety and also align with bottle sponsorship.
• The host bar will feature all sponsor logos prominently on the onground menu.

3. Liquor and Supplies 

• TCF will supply bottle sponsors.
• The host bar will be responsible for sourcing ingredients, garnishes, and other bar essentials.

4. Talent and Itinerary Management 

• Once the bar is handed over to the host venue, the venue will manage talent engagement and scheduling unless otherwise coordinated with TCF.
• TCF can prepare itineraries for talents if required. Or the host venue can be the one to tour or host the guest bartenders for any fun activity in Manila.
• TCF will manage transpo for the guest bar, unless otherwise aligned with host venue if everything will be handled by them

5. Duration and Hosting 

• The venue can host talents for the duration of the visitor's stay in Manila unless alternative arrangements are made with TCF. If you’d like to show them around, including bar hopping or activities, please let us know. They have daily schedules of masterclasses, talks, brunches, sundowners, and tours, and we can coordinate transportation based on your plans.
