The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta is a city-wide celebration of mixology featuring top bars and bartenders from across the country. It highlights the creativity, talent, and collaborative spirit that define Filipino cocktail culture.

The event will run from November 17 to 23, 2025, across nearly 100 participating bars in Metro Manila, including Makati, BGC, Quezon City, San Juan, Marikina, and Alabang.

While the Fiesta spans multiple cities in Metro Manila, most industry activities will be centered at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, our Official Host Partner. Solaire will host the majority of the international guest bartenders and visiting talents, serving as the hub of the week’s events.

The week features a dynamic lineup of activities, including:

  • Guest bar shifts by leading bartenders from across Asia and the Philippines
  • Talks and masterclasses (by invitation only)
  • Cocktail pairing dinners with top chefs and world-class bartenders
  • Exclusive promotions and special menus at participating bars
  • Industry-only gatherings such as lunches, kickoff parties, and after-parties

Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity, these are industry-only events open by invitation to bar and hospitality professionals. Stay tuned for highlights and recaps to be shared online later this week.

We’ll be sending invitations to stakeholders from participating bars, restaurants, hotels, and select hospitality schools. A few additional slots may open for other industry professionals who’d like to join. Keep an eye on this page and our social channels for updates and sign-up details.

These exclusive dinners pair award-winning Asian bartenders with top Metro Manila chefs and restaurants. Each evening is a unique collaboration where world-class cocktails meet exceptional cuisine — a true celebration of culinary and mixology artistry.

Reservations for each dinner can be made directly with the host restaurant.

Yes! Award-winning mixologist Lorenzo Antinori of Bar Leone will present a special Cocktail Pairing Dinner at Finestra on November 19, 2025. Book here

Please note:

  • Cocktails will not be sold separately during the dinner, as they are exclusive to the five-course prix fixe menu.
  • Later that evening, Lorenzo will hold a guest bartender shift at BRB from 9pm to 12am, where cocktails will be sold individually.

Both events are open to guests, the dinner requires a reservation through Finestra, while the BRB shift welcomes both walk-ins and reservations.

Most bar shifts, takeovers, and cocktail pairing dinners are open to the public, and all featured cocktails are available for sale.

However, industry sessions such as masterclasses, panel talks, and private gatherings are by invitation only.
