These Terms and Conditions are issued by DrinkCollectiv (under Inuminati Philippines Inc.) and Drinks Be With You (DBWY) (collectively, the “Organizer”) and apply to guests and attendees of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta 2026 in Cebu, including its official programs, activations, and participating-venue activities (collectively, the “Fiesta”). Separate written agreements may also apply to participating venues, sponsors, vendors, speakers, media, delegates, and other official participants. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these attendee Terms, that agreement will apply to the relevant party and activity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By registering for, purchasing access to, entering, attending, or participating in The Fiesta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for, enter, attend, or participate in the Fiesta.
2. Age and Identification
2.1 Alcohol-related activities, offers, and service are strictly for persons 18 years old and above.
2.2 A valid government-issued photo ID may be required by the Organizer, participating venues, or event partners. Entry, alcohol service, or redemption may be refused when valid proof of age cannot be provided.
3. Registration, Tickets, and Event Access
3.1 Some Fiesta activities may be free, invite-only, registration-based, ticketed, or subject to venue capacity. Access requirements will be stated in the relevant event listing, invitation, registration page, or ticket.
3.2 Registration, an invitation, or a ticket does not override venue capacity limits, age restrictions, lawful security requirements, dress codes, or house rules.
3.3 Tickets, paid bookings, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are subject to the terms stated at the point of purchase or booking.
4. Fiesta Passport and Venue Offers
4.1 The Fiesta Passport is a free printed and digital guide to Cebu’s bar and cocktail culture, participating venues, schedules, and promotional offers. It is not for sale.
4.2 Passport promotions run from November 1 to 30, 2026. The main consumer-facing Fiesta dates are November 13 to 15, 2026.
4.3 Offers, qualifying purchases, operating hours, redemption limits, and exclusions vary by venue. Guests must check the individual venue listing and identify the Fiesta offer to venue staff before ordering.
4.4 Unless an individual offer specifically states otherwise, guests do not need to present a printed Passport to avail of a listed offer.
4.5 Each venue’s Fiesta offer is subject to the details and conditions published in its venue listing.
5. Conduct, Safety, and Responsible Drinking
5.1 Guests must behave responsibly and comply with applicable laws, lawful venue rules, event staff instructions, and reasonable health, safety, and security measures.
5.2 The Organizer and participating venues may refuse entry, alcohol service, redemption, or continued participation to a person who is intoxicated, disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, violates these Terms, or fails to follow lawful venue or event rules.
5.3 Harassment, discrimination, violence, dangerous conduct, illegal drug use, and damage to property are prohibited.
5.4 Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and must not drink and drive. Drink responsibly.
6. Participating Venues and Third Parties
6.1 Participating venues are independently operated and remain responsible for their premises, staff, products, food and beverage service, pricing, statutory discounts, and compliance with applicable laws.
6.2 Guests must raise venue-specific service, billing, food, beverage, or redemption concerns with the venue.
6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for the independent acts, omissions, services, products, premises, staff, or operations of participating venues and third-party providers.
7. Program Changes and Force Majeure
7.1 Schedules, speakers, performers, venues, routes, capacities, and program details may change when reasonably necessary because of safety, weather, government action, transportation disruption, venue unavailability, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
7.2 Material updates will be announced through the Fiesta’s official channels when reasonably practicable. Any changes to DTI-approved Fiesta offers, promotional dates, conditions, or participating venues will be made in accordance with applicable DTI requirements.
8. Photography and Videography
8.1 Official photographers and videographers may capture photographs, video, and audio at Fiesta events for editorial, documentary, promotional, and marketing use in print, digital, social, and online platforms.
8.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform an event representative where reasonably practicable. The Organizer cannot guarantee exclusion from wide crowd or venue shots.
9. Personal Property
9.1 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost, stolen, or damaged items should be reported promptly to the relevant venue or event representative.
10. Participation and Responsibility
10.1 Participation in the Fiesta is voluntary. Guests are responsible for their own choices, conduct, belongings, transportation, and compliance with event and venue rules.
10.2 Participating venues and third-party providers operate independently and are responsible for their own premises, staff, products, and services.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for loss, damage, injury, disruption, or other issues arising from a guest’s participation, the operations of participating venues or third-party providers, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
