The evening celebrates culinary excellence through an exquisite five-course dinner complemented with Antinori’s crafted cocktails.
The five-course menu is crafted by executive chef Andrea Spagoni, whose international career, from Italy to London, New York, and Hong Kong, reflects a refined mastery of modern Italian gastronomy, showcased at Finestra through his intuitive and contemporary approach.
