Hosted by Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, the first restaurant in the Philippines by award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay, this event marks the official start of The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta.
The evening features live DJ music, craft drinks, and bites from the restaurant.
Taking over the bar for the night are Bryan Bonifacio, formerly principal bartender at Employees Only Singapore, and Shaheera Rhaman, who will be showcasing new flavors from their upcoming Your Mother's House in Singapore, set to open in mid-2026.
