Metro Manila Bars - Participation Terms

1. Acceptance

By participating and registering, the participating bar accepts and fully acknowledges these Terms and Conditions.


2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of registered Metro Manila bars (“Participating Bars”) in The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta, scheduled from November 17 to 23, and organized by DrinkCollectiv and Drinks Be With You (DBWY). The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta aims to showcase the artistry, innovation, and passion that drive our local cocktail scene, fostering collaboration and highlighting the best of the local bar industry.


3. Responsibilities of the Participating Bar

By participating, the Participating Bar agrees to the following:

Branding and Logos

  • Display the official event logo on all printed and digital materials related to the event, including menus and signage within the venue.
  • Use only the official logos and branding assets provided by the Organizer, without alteration or misuse.

Menu and Collateral

  • Provide an event-specific menu during the event, prominently featuring the official event logo.
  • Print necessary materials, such as menus and other required collateral.

Event Collateral from Organizer

  • Utilize materials supplied by the Organizer, such as stickers, promotional graphics, and passport vouchers.

On-Ground Execution

  • Responsible for all on-site logistics, including signage placement, booth setup, and display of materials.

Promotion Schedule

  • Follow the event’s timeline and posting schedule as communicated by the Organizer.
  • Use promotional materials only within the specified dates and according to provided guidelines.

Promo Mechanics

  • Submit promo mechanics in advance for inclusion in the event passport.
  • Brief staff on mechanics and ensure proper communication with customers.
  • Honor the Cocktail Fiesta Passport promotion and ensure proper customer interactions.
  • The Participating Bar accepts responsibility for accurate implementation of promotions; the Organizer is not liable for miscommunication.


4. Responsibilities of the Organizer

The Organizer shall provide:

  • Official branding materials (logos, stickers, vouchers).
  • Digital promotional materials (online posters, graphics).
  • Inclusion of the Participating Bar’s name and promotions in the event passport, based on submitted information.
  • Clear communication regarding timelines and promotional schedules.


5. Intellectual Property

Each Party retains ownership of its own trademarks, logos, and materials. Use of the Organizer’s branding is limited to the scope of the event and shall adhere to approved materials.


6. Term and Termination

Participation in The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta under these Terms and Conditions begins automatically upon venue registration and continues until the event concludes and all obligations are met. Participation may be terminated by the Organizer or the Participating Bar at any time if either party breaches these Terms and Conditions, with such termination communicated among the parties.


7. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be responsible for: 

  • Miscommunication of promo mechanics to consumers by the Participating Bar.
  • Operational issues within the Participating Bar during the event.
  • Any losses, disputes, accidents or damages in the Participating Bar.


8. General Provisions 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding regarding participation in the event.


9. Modification of Terms

The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please review them regularly.
