Fiesta Passport Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. The Fiesta Passport (“Passport”) is a promotional item for The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta (the “Event”).

 1.2. By purchasing or using the Passport, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Passport is available to guests 18 years old and above.

 2.2. ID may be required for verification at participating bars.

3. Contents of the Passport Pack

3.1. Each Passport pack contains:

• 1 Fiesta Canvas Bag
• 1 Passport Book with a list of participating bars.
• One-week access to the exclusive promos and deals at all nearly 100 participating venues in Metro Manila
• DrinkAid Complete Alcohol Defense to aid with hangover relief
  Vita Coco Coconut Water for rehydration after bar-hopping
• Gaviscon, Fast-Acting & Long-Lasting Heartburn Relief
• Stickers and more surprise freebies from our sponsors

 3.2. The Passport is non-transferable, must be with the holder when bar hopping or redeeming perks, and cannot be shared.

4. Use of the Passport & Redemption Rules

4.1. The Passport grants access to participating bars for exclusive deals and promotions as listed in the Passport Book.

 4.2. Each bar will stamp the Passport upon redemption; the same perk cannot be redeemed again at that bar.

 4.3. Redemption of deals and freebies is subject to availability, and some items may be first-come, first-served or while supplies last.

 4.4. The Passport may not be used during guest bartender shifts or cocktail pairing dinners unless explicitly stated.

5. Validity

5.1. The Passport is valid only during The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta, November 17–23, 2025.

 5.2. Some bars may choose to extend certain promotions for up to a month. Please check with individual bars for specific redemption periods.

 5.3. Unused deals will not roll over.

6. Purchase & Discounts

6.1. The Passport is sold at PHP 1,800 per person.

 6.2. Bulk discounts apply for group purchases as follows:

Buy 4 Passports → 5% off → ₱6,840 total

Buy 6 Passports → 10% off → ₱9,720 total

Buy 8 Passports → 15% off → ₱12,240 total

Buy 10 Passports → 20% off → ₱14,400 total

 6.3. Bulk discounts apply only to a single transaction.

7. Loss, Theft, and Refunds

7.1. Lost, stolen, or damaged Passports cannot be replaced.

 7.2. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

8. Liability

8.1. The Philippine Cocktail Fiesta organizers are not liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, shortages, or changes made by participating bars.

 8.2. Bars may change promotions, remove deals, or refuse redemption without prior notice.

 8.3. Bars reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated or violate house rules.

9. Conduct & Safety

9.1. Passport holders must act responsibly and follow bar rules.

 9.2. Guests are expected to drink responsibly at all times.

10. Photography & Videography

10.1 By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken by official event photographers and videographers. These materials may be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes in print, digital, or online platforms, without the need for prior consent, and without restriction or limitation

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

11.1. By purchasing, participating in, or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 11.2. Attendance at the Event, whether as a participant, guest, vendor, sponsor, or otherwise, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 11.3. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to participate in or attend the Event.

12. Amendments

12.1. The Event organizers reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 12.2. Any such changes will be posted on the Event website and/or communicated to participants.
